Booking Terms and Conditions

By using the online booking system you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and cancellation policy.

Data Collection - You are agreeing to Lash Lust recording your data via Ovatu in order to administer your account and manage your appointments.  The information stored includes name, email address and telephone number and is stored in full compliance with GDPR regulations. Please check your booking details and contact details to ensure all are correct before confirming. Full details of our privacy policy are available here:

Cancellation Policy - Lash Lust does not accept responsibility for late or missed appointments. Appointments cancelled without giving 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount.

Patch Test -- New Clients will be required to have a patch Test 24 hours prior to their appointment. When booking your first appointment with us, please also make sure you book a patch test at least a day before, without which we will not be able to give you beautiful lashes.

First Appointment Prepayments and Deposits - Prepayment of your first lash appointment is required for all full sets, weekend or evening appointments.  All other appointments are charged a deposit of 50%.  We will contact you for payment soon after you book.*

Infills - New Clients with lashes done by another Lash Technician NOT from Lash Lust will need to have them removed and then a Full Set, we DO NOT infill other people's work. However, we can have a look on the day of your patch test and decide if we are able to work with your current eyelash extensions.

Pregnancy - Please be aware that if you are pregnant we will require a Doctor's note stating that you are suitable for Eyelash Extensions

Bridal Lashes - We love helping brides look fabulous for their big day.  If you are booking lashes for your wedding, please book a patch test, you can add a note to let us know you want bridal lashes, then give us a call before booking your full set online.
